A timeless design, elegant in it’s simplicity. I personally prefer using ceramic or opaque bottles, though any bottle can be used.
Mounted on a wooden base with a rope loop surrounding the bottom of the bottle and with a reconditioned brass lamp holder and fitted with either LED filament or Edison Halogen filament bulbs. The option to fit a lamp shade is also available.
The Classic Rotary

The Classic can also be built with a Rotary Switch to operate the lamp rather than the in-line switch; using reclaimed valve handles and metal parts.
